On October 4, 2019, an event was held to celebrate one year of activity of the “Sorintex” regional textile cluster. The event was attended by representatives from People in Need Moldova, Chemonix USAID, Banca Comercială Română, the Soroca Employment Agency, representatives of the Soroca Business Incubator, and member companies.
During the event, students from the Soroca College of Arts held a fashion demonstration for the participants, showcasing the main garments produced by the resident companies. Mr. Andrei Mirza, president of Sorintex, gave a brief history and reviewed the main achievements of the first year of activity.
